Balloon Ride Pricing:

Shared Adventure Balloon Ride:

• Ride duration:  approximately forty-five minutes - one hour 
• Number of passengers:  up to four or five other passengers (+ pilot)
• Cost per passenger :  US$ 250.00

Exclusive Adventure Balloon Ride:

• Ride duration:  approximately forty-five minutes - one hour 
• Number of passengers: An exclusive ride for you & your guest (+ pilot)
• Cost per passenger:  US$ 400.00  

General Pricing:

Unlike other ride operators, we do not require full prepayment or even a deposit.  This is important to recognize, especially if you are from out of town and your availability is limited  - as this could result in you possibly losing your deposit or even your full payment!

 All rates are per person plus 7% service fee.  We are happy to accept full payment for your ride with a credit card, however, there will be additional 3% processing fee.  Cash payments do not require a processing fee.  Passengers under 18 must have written parental consent to ride, and this must be confirmed before the day of the flight.  All flights are forty-five minutes to one hour in duration.  All flights are at sunrise, unless otherwise stated.

A credit card is required at the time of reservation.  There will be a nonrefundable $1 charge (no additional fees or taxes will be applied) to verify credit card activity.  THERE WILL BE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLIED UNTIL DAY OF FLIGHT (UNLESS YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE LAST 48 HOURS OR FAIL TO SHOW UP FOR YOUR RESERVATION).  All flights are weather dependent and may have to be rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

All flights are weather dependent and may have to be rescheduled.

• We reserve the right to cancel any flight at any time if safety is ever in question and / or the weather conditions are deemed unfavorable by the pilot.
• It is important to schedule a balloon flight with a back-up date in mind just in case weather conditions on the scheduled date are unfavorable for balloon flying.
• We will contact the passenger(s) on the evening before the flight between 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM and the morning of the flight Between 5:00 AM-5:15 AM in order to confirm weather conditions.
• Please try to provide us with at least two (2) phone numbers were we can contact you.
• If your plans change please notify us as soon as possible.
• Cancellation by the passenger(s) with less than 48 hour notice, or failure to show up at the meeting time and place will result in a charge (applied to the credit card on file) of the full ride cost 
• We do not schedule PM flights (sunset flights) as weather conditions in South Florida rarely make ballooning in the afternoon possible.
• ALL FLIGHTS ARE AT SUNRISE.
